I made many attempts at doing this justice over the years and it wasn’t until three and half years later that I was satisfied. It kept calling me back till I finally got it right. It was its own muse.

How that rich red got in there with all the white is a mystery.

I was hoping you would be able to identify it. Despite my love of flowers for photography, I’m terrible at identifying all but the most common. That is the richest red I have ever seen this side of a Ferrari.
