Having a “ceiling” gives a bit more weight to the image, I think. I think I prefer the first though. As I like the silky appearance of moving water,and fog is water, I like the wispiness with the hint of movement there a little better.

Tried dictating yours to Siri sometime and yule see what a garbled messes.

I never use Siri because I used to have spell correct enabled on the iPhone and that was a lesson in not letting AI take over your life.

It’s hard for me to decide. What a difference a 10th of an hour makes, just six little minutes.

Things change so quickly. Often with sunrises it’s seconds that challenge. Sometimes it’s subtle and sometimes not subtle at all.

The main difference that stood out for me is the much darker band of clouds across the top. It seems strange that the rest changed only a little.

I started my site in 2012: at first I let people come, but to meet them, it was also important to go to people.
