January 22, 2020 — Harpa: Reykijavik Concert Hall and Conference Center
The cultural center of Iceland. No one photograph does it justice. This gives a taste.

Did you attend a concert there, and if so, what did you hear?

Unfortunately no. Not enough time in town before we started off on our photo workshop.

I was thinking either honeycomb or an insects faceted eyes. Another nice bit of architecture that challenges my lack of enthusiasm for the modern art.

It’s an amazing building. Too bad we were not there long enough to hear a concert.

I know it is one of your favorite places. It is becoming one of mine. We have been so busy taking pictures I haven’t had a chance to process any. But I will before too long.

What an interesting piece of architecture – frankly, it’s nice to see something Icelandic that isn’t the landscape, though I’m sure you will do great things with that, too. 🙂
