Somewhere between silver-gray and pewter, very hypnotic.

Thank you. There’s another shot from the same amazing 45 minutes standing on the bluffs in the Seascapes post.

Mother nature supplied the magic. I just noticed.

And by “notice” I mean drive rapidly and in panic to find the next available turn out, screech to a halt, and run from the car to the top of the bluff. It was well rewarded. Thank you very much for your comment.

Michael, your unique landscape images bring to mind Bruce Percy’s work which is interesting as some of his landscape images tend toward high-key. The beauty of minimalism.

Thank you very much, Brenda. I was not familiar with Bruce Percy so I just looked him up. I am a writer by trade, and words normally come easily. Not in this case. His work is an expression of quiet subtlety that I have long admired — and to see so much of it in one place is amazing to me. That my work reminds you of his is quite a compliment. Thank you. In addition, his writing and his advice are spot-on. Thank you very much for the introduction.
