This was a throw-away in December, January, February. The sea was too rough. It was a regular shot; not long exposure. Colors were interesting but the sea was too rough. Too bad. So sad. Resurrected today. Deconstructed. Reconstructed.

“Something” alright!!!! There’s something surreal about the color of the sea and its sadness and that curtain of clouds above. Overused and abused word but beautiful it is, my friend.

So with respect to the sea, you heeded the last part of “Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain.”

Thank you very much ask commission point I’ve been sticking my neck out recently. So far nobody has chopped it off. That’s a good thing, because as you undoubtedly know, heads are very easy to chop off but very difficult to put back on.

Often nothing is something. Great example here. I always enjoy watching a downpour below clouds from afar and this is a gentle vision of that. Did that storm eventually reach you? A favorite experience is watching sheets of rain approach and envelop.

Thank you very much. As you can see and tending to take things even more minimalist. What I’m trying to do is concentrate on part of the scene actually has the appeal to me and de-emphasize everything else. Yes the storm did reach us.
